Our _space
At _space, everyone counts and we like to think our people choose us as much as we choose them.
We actively promote talent and free thinking, creativity and positivity. As you would expect, our offices are designed around people, with break out spaces, games and chill out zones, lunchtime exercise classes and an all-day café where there will be nobody looking over your shoulder if you choose to take a break away from your desk.
_space people are encouraged to work together closely and through that, we find that _space people often build lifelong friendship with each other. Working together collaboratively often leads to us relaxing together too, with team nights out organised on a very regular basis...leading to sore heads the next morning! We've had some wonderful experiences together, even going so far as to absail down the face of the Baltic Centre for Contemporary Art...in the name of charity, of course!
All in all, _space is a very progressive, inclusive place to be and we always welcome new ideas and fresh perspectives, working hard to integrate them in with our own views to create spaces for living, learning, caring and working like nobody else could.
