Manor Chare Apartments
The Manor Chare development comprises 58 one and two bed flats and duplexes situated within a Conservation Area in Newcastle's city centre.
Several factors made the site a challenging one to design for and construct upon, as it was adjacent to the listed All Saints Church, at the intersection of Manor Chare and Broad Chare, triangular and very steeply sloping. This meant that a particularly original design concept was required and our effort paid off when the project was the recipient of a Landmark Award in 2006.
